Actually, David Cassidy on Glee would be a terrific idea. They could do a whole late 60′s/early 70′s musical revue:
“I Think I Love You” (The Partridge Family)
“Day Dream Believer” (The Monkees)
“Tra La La” (The Banana Splits)
“Best Friend” (The Courtship of Eddie’s Father)
“Suicide is Painless” (MASH)
Jesus, I’m old.

Yes, you are old, as am I. But it beats the alternative. I love Over The Hedge; I have the movie on DVD, and I’m hoping for a sequel..
Me, too….I actually have a 45 of the Banana Splits….four songs, including “The Tra-La-La Song.”
Yays you included the Monkees.
They could have a Monkee romp and not really play instruments that aren’t in the song.
I’d like to replace those Glee actors’ scripts with the lyrics to Korean rap songs. I’d tune in to watch how that episode pans out.
The David Cassidy bit, by the way, is funny. It would be weird if you kept the whole thing going but kept changing the Partridge around at the end. Besides, it looks like poor Dave is losing his mind waiting for this whole holiday thing to end. I can relate to that.
