This is an example of the unintended profound cartoon. I just wanted to riff on what happens to snow angels after their created…. then abandoned. I honestly wasn’t trying to make some subtle comment on free will and the nature of creation and it’s consequences. I really wasn’t.

Sometimes my subconscious is a lot smarter than I am.

It’s the nature of comic strips that the characters can never change.  The fans (and I use the term sparsely) need the characters to remain constant.   It’s comforting to know that Lucy will always pull the football away from Charlie Brown or Ignatz the Mouse will always hurl a brick at Krazy Kat or Verne will always end up naked with a bar across his butt.
