Breaking the Fifth Wall

oh160229I’ve never actually read Mary Worth. Or Garfield for that matter. Actually, I hardly ever read comics at all these days since we stopped getting a daily paper about ten years ago.

Wait. Did I just type that out loud?

Written Into a Corner

oh150207I like the idea of Verne in Mary Worth. They’d compete for biggest busy body. I imagine some sort of MMA cage match to the death. Mary’s got skills.  But Verne has claws.  Good times.

Mary “Boom-Boom” Worth

Mary Worth vs. Joan Holloway?  Seriously?

Really not much of a contest.

One is more woman than any man can handle and the other is a fictional TV character.

Would You Friend Mary Worth?

Over the Hedge

I don’t think so.  Too nosey.  And there’s just something about her.  She’s pretty butch.  In a sex changey kind of way.  Not that there’s anything wrong with that.  It’s just that if she is a transsexual, she’s not exactly upfront about it.  I’m not comfortable with people (or cartoon characters) who aren’t comfortable with their sexuality.

I’m just sayin’.
