After a survey of my refrigerator, I think a good story arc (or at least one-time gag) should involve the animals trying to review the expiration dates on the food they’ve ‘liberated’; it’s hard enough for human who can read… (And if the kitchen food is old enough to be in the garbage, isn’t breaking in for it kind of a waste?)
