Yoga Pants Are Tasty

Full disclosure… I own one of these. Not a Peloton. Those things are crazy expensive. I have a used Nordic Trac Grand Tour. Similar. And I love it. Can’t run. My knees are shot. I have a nice real bike, but between flat tires, traffic and general convenience I prefer the Grand Tour.

And the hyenas. Those things will get you in shape fast!
